Are you ready for cuteness and good fortune? Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Lion Dance version is now available from Good Smile Company’s online shop! This makes the second chinese-inspired Hatsune Miku nendoroid by design, and definitely captures that essence nicely.

Lion Dance Miku is here to bring you good luck and protection from evil!

From the ‘Character Vocal Series 01: Hatsune Miku’ comes a Nendoroid of Hatsune Miku wearing an outfit based on the traditional Chinese lion dance – a symbol of good fortune! The figure is based on the illustration by versus and includes both a Chinese-style Miku as well as a colorful lion dance Lion as a set!

She comes with three face plates including a cheerful smiling expression, a playful winking expression as well as a chewing expression with cute cheeks! She also comes with a decorated staff as well as a Chinese dumpling as optional parts! The included lion has movable eyebrows allowing for slightly different expressions, and the face part can even be removed and worn on Miku’s head! Be sure to add the Lion Dance Miku to your collection and enjoy the good fortune she brings with her!

From now until the 31st of August at 9:00 PM JST, preorders for this adorable nendoroid will be available exclusively from Good Smile Company’s online shop! She’s priced at 4500 Yen ($44), and is expected to ship out in December 2016, hopefully in time for the New Year! SEGA’s Miku Flick mobile app team posted news to Twitter today announcing the service end for Miku Flick/02, one of their rhythm game apps for iOS devices. The tweet states the game’s service will end later this month on July 19th. The reasons for the discontinuation involve incompatibilities with newer device releases, changes in Apple’s billing APIs, and refocusing of SEGA’s team efforts.

Miku Flick/02 was released in August 2012 and saw nearly 4 years of service. To keep your copy of the game, be sure to have it downloaded with the desired DLC before this date. Compatibility on devices newer than the iPhone 5S and newer iOS software versions is sketchy, so be advised before deciding to download it.
