The most recent and the last Miku Expo tour of the year has a concert preview uploaded today, and features the popular song “Uta ni Katachi wa Nai Keredo” (Though A Song Is Formless) by doriko sang in Chinese by Miku herself. The footage is now available on the official Hatsune Miku Youtube channel.

Miku Expo 2016 China tour took place in Shanghai and Beijing on December 3rd~4th and December 10th~11th, respectively. The tour brought us the wonderful news of Hatsune Miku V4 Chinese (as well as the demo) and a new mobile game titled “Hatsune Miku: Dreamy Vocal” in addition to the concerts and exhibitions.

Racing Miku 2017 Ver. by Tony Taka

The Racing Miku 2017 key visual has been revealed today at Goodsmile Racing’s year-end party, and features a fantastic design by the talented artist Tony Taka! The wrapped machine featuring the design will be making her appearance on February 19th next year at Wonder Festival. Stay tuned!

About Tony Taka:

Tony Taka is an illustrator and character designer from Japan who debut in 1998, with over 130 of his characters been made into figures and total sales over 800,000. He’s also well-known for being the character designer of Sega’s RPG series “Shining” since 2004. Some may recognizes his style from the Hatsune Miku: Tony ver. figure which was released in March 2011.

If you enjoyed the hugely popular manga “Unofficial Hatsune Mix” when it released in the U.S. back in 2014, then you’ve probably waiting for another book like it to come along. The great news is that Unofficial Hatsune Mix’s U.S. publisher Dark Horse has done just that!

Hatsune Miku: Mikubon is a licensed comic originally drawn and written by Ontama in 2013, and was recently announced for U.S. publication by Dark Horse at the 2016 New York Comic Con. It comes in paperback with 176 pages, 8 of them in full color. You can now find the book at your local book stores (Barnes & Noble being one example), as well as other retailers like Target and Amazon! The book retails for $10.99, sometimes less. A Snow Miku dressed in a warm coat is joining the figma series!

The Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat ver. announced back in 2012 is joining the figma series at long last! Her fluffy coat and ribbon with a jewel in the center all come together for a cute and stylish Snow Miku!

  • Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
  • A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
  • She comes with a cheerful singing face, an embarrassed expression with rosy cheeks as well as a surprised expression.
  • Optional parts include a microphone with stand as well as a shovel perfect for the snowy season.
  • An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.


Preorders for Snow Miku Fluffy Coat ver. will be exclusively available from Good Smile Company’s online shop until February 21st, 2017.
