Taito Toys has announced the latest Hatsune Miku figure in the Seasonal Series to be hitting the arcades in Japan this autumn – the Hatsune Miku 2nd Season Halloween Ver! She is designed by the artist Tama, which some may be more familiar with as the illustrator behind the Snow Miku 2015’s official music video “Snow Fairy Story“. The Hatsune Miku Symphony 2018-2019‘s long-anticipated June 4th update has revealed the concerts’ main visual by Rella, the highly well-known Hatsune Miku illustrator. The main visual features Hatsune Miku and friends joined by Kasane Teto in attires inspired by orchestra instruments.

In addition to the visual reveal, ticket pre-sale begins starting now until June 11th at 23:59 JST. The pre-sale is available in two options: the Special Seat option at 14,800 yen included with an exclusive ticket, goods, and a brochure, and the non-Special Seat option consisting of S and A seats (9,000 and 8,000 yen, respectively).

Ticket pre-sale for U-18 seats (A seats for those under age of 18) will open on June 18th at 12:00 JST~June 25th at 23:59 JST. Additionally, a first-come-first-served accommodation plan with limited goods has been announced for July 2nd at 12:00 JST~July 23rd at 12:00 JST. The general release date is September 8th.

The Hatsune Miku Symphony 2018-2019 will be held in Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall of Yokohama in Tokyo on November 24th, 2018 and the Orix Theater in Osaka on January 25th, 2019. The performances will be carried out by Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra for Tokyo and Osaka performances, respectively, with Hirofumi Kurita as the conductor.

Hatsune Miku Expo 2018 in Europe will take places in three locations across the continent in December 2018: La Seine Musicale in Paris, France on December 1st, Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany on December 4th, and Olympia London in London, United Kingdom on December 8th.

Goodsmile Racing finishes at 8th place in Super GT round 3 this weekend at the Suzuka circuit. The team started off at 3rd place in the beginning of the race, and rose to the 2nd before the last few laps. It was all in that very few instances that we were overtaken, and everything happened in a flash. Despite the result, the team says it turns out to be a very interesting race for the team.

The next round will take place abroad in Thailand at Chang International Circuit on June 31st~July 1st. Below is the Round 3 cheer illustration by Kanzaki Hiro, the official Racing Miku 2018 illustrator. Fight, GSR!

The Hatsune Miku GT project, the racing team run by fans, has reached its 10th anniversary this year! In celebration of the project’s 10th anniversary, Goodsmile Racing has launched a special site with new exciting announcements to share. Featured on the site is all the Racing Miku designs to date.

The artists for each year are as follow, from left to right: redjuice, Yuichi Murakami, GAN, saitom, OguchiShigeto Koyama, Taiki, Mai Yoneyama, Tony Taka, and Hiro Kanzaki.

Firstly, a special 10th anniversary exhibition will be held at Akiba CO Gallery in Akihabara on May 30th~June 17th. Secondly, due to various requests from individual sponsors and fans, the past Racing Miku will be getting new merchandises! Stay tuned for more details!

Lastly, a memorial photo contest will be held, where the contest is divided into three categories.
