santa_mikuI hope that you are all enjoying your Christmas Eve, or whatever day you may be celebrating today.

In the light of the holiday, I felt it would be appropriate to share some music to fit the season. Below you’ll find several videos of Christmas or Winter themed songs, with the first being a brand new video by SEGA featuring the track “39″ by sasakure.UK and DECO*27.

Since there’s quite a few videos, you’ll find the rest of them in the full article. I wish everyone out there a safe and enjoyable holiday season, with a new year right around the corner! Happy “Mikumas”!

Well, that didn’t take long. Just a few hours after my previous post, now we have official images from Mikatan’s blog of the 2013 Snow Miku Nendoroid.

From what’s visible, the nendoroid includes two different hair styles, at least three different expressions, and a removable hood for her kimono outfit. Also shown is an umbrella and even a few accessories to allow a sitting position. There is currently no announced pre-order date or pricing, but we likely wont see that information for at least a couple months.

Also announced is the Snow Miku 2013 module update for Project Diva Arcade in both hooded and non-hooded forms. There is also a DLC module announced for Project Diva f on the PS Vita, but there is still no confirmed release date or price.

Head over to Mikatan’s blog for the full set of full size images!

Snow_Song_ShowThings are starting to get chilly (up in the Northern hemisphere, at least), and some people are already celebrating their holidays. A few producers have made some music and albums for the occasion. One such album is Snow Song Show featuring DECO*27, Sasakure.UK, Kous and more.

The album includes 4 original tracks, as well as 4 instrumental versions.

The album can be pre-ordered from Amazon Japan for 1,800 JPY, and includes a special bonus trading strap of Miku in a cute Christmas outfit. The album will be released on December 19th.

The official PV for the first track, Snow Song Show, was just uploaded today. The song was a collaboration effort between DECO*27 and Sasakure.UK. Enjoy!
