Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai Website Update Announces Return of Creators Market, Bigger Than Ever!

Due to the incredible feedback from last year’s Magical Mirai, it has been announced that the “Creators Market” section of the exhibition will be making its return, and bigger than ever!

Last year’s Creators Market area of the exhibition allowed fans to buy music directly from creators featured on Crypton’s KarenT music label. This gave the fans a chance to meet producers such as ATOLS, Yunosuke, Misumi, risou and more in person!


 
Magical Mirai’s announcement says they plan to expand the Creators Market area to introduce even more producers. Mitchie M seemed a little excited and also shared the news, so perhaps we can expect him to make an appearance at the event?

The result of the Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 music contest is in! The winner is Keisei, with his song titled “Singularity“, congratulations! The announcement comes from a live panel yesterday at Niconico Chokaigi.

Keisei’s music description comment:

Thank you not just for 10 years, but also 20, 100, and I believe far into the distant future.

I surely trust technologies make us happier.

Congratulations to Hatsune Miku for celebrating 10 years!

Talk about surprises! I had no idea that Good Smile Racing would be selecting one of my longer standing favorite Vocaloid producers for their 2017 theme song. But AVTechNO! is certainly welcome in my book!

one feat. Hatsune Miku by AVTechNO! is a drum and bass styled song featuring Miku singing in both Japanese and English, a trend GSR started with their theme songs starting in 2014. The artwork of course is the official Racing Miku 2017 illustration by Tony Taka. Check out the theme song below!

The Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 concept art has been released! The key visual this year is designed by iXima, the official illustrator behind Hatsune Miku V3 and V4X boxart. With the release of the spectacular design in details, now is your chance to prepare your cosplay and fanart!

The design from last year’s event received an overwhelming amount of fanart, and we’re looking forward to see more competition this year! View the full resolution image on the official site!

e.d. The notes in the lower right of the art mention the part highlighted in purple are the parts of the shirt that have “some thickness”.

In addition to the new main visual art and teaser commercial, the concert start times and ticket sale dates have also been confirmed for Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017! Below are the concert time tables, ticket application start times and prices for Japanese and overseas visitors. This year they arranged concert showings for all three days of the event, compared to last year’s 2-day concert run.
