The 2016 season of Hatsune Miku Expo’s tour kicks off today, with the first event starting today in Fukuoka, Japan! The concert will begin tonight at 7:00 PM JST at Zepp Fukuoka, while the local exhibition is on display at the local Fukuoka Animate store. There will also be a show on the 24th at 7:00 PM JST.

Hatsune Miku Expo’s tour across Japan will visit 4 more cities, including Osaka (1 show), Nagoya (1 show), Sapporo (1 show) and Tokyo (2 shows). The Jaspan tour will finally conclude on April 10th, with the North America tour to follow soon afterwards! Are you visiting any of the Miku Expo Japan Tour events? The Hatsune Miku Expo Japan Tour has been announced for presales lottery and accommodation packages in a few days from now. Fans can seize this chance to win an early guaranteed ticket(s) to the concert(s) prior to the normal sales rush, which is expected to follow soon afterwards. Both presales lottery and accommodation packages will be available to domestic and international fans.

Presales Lottery (Japanese & English)

  • Date: October 31st 12:00 JST ~ November 30th 23:59 JST
  • Standing: 7,000 yen (tax included)
    First floor / daytime/night show
  • U-18 seats (18 and under): 3,900 yen (tax included)
    Second floor / Daytime show / *Night show for Fukuoka’s concert
  • Group seat: 7,000 yen per person (tax included)
    Second floor / Night show

Accommodation packages (Japanese & English)

  • Date: November 4th 12:00 JST ~ November 18th 12:00 JST
  • Accommodation good: Exclusive Hatsune Miku flat pouch

While the past Hatsune Miku Expo events have been in international locations outside of Japan, it looks like Hatsune Miku fans in Japan will also get to enjoy a taste of what the expo events have to offer. The tour will take place in 5 different cities across the country starting late March 2016.

The event ties in with the recently announced Hatsune Miku Expo song contest, which is scheduled to end on October 19th. So far, only the locations and dates of the Hatsune Miku Expo tour have been announced, with more details promised to be announced soon:

Fukuoka: March 23rd~24th
Osaka: March 29th
Nagoya: March 31st
Sapporo: April 5th
Tokyo: April 9th~10th
