Every Miku fan’s favorite bicycle racing mascot is here! The Racing Miku 2016 TeamUKYO ver. is finally getting the Max Factory quality treatment, after previously appearing as a prize figure. Compared to that version, you can expect significant improvements in the sculpt and details.

The 2016 Racing Miku is here to support TeamUKYO as a scale figure!

The TeamUKYO Support Ver. of the official character of the Hatsune Miku GT Project, “Racing Miku” has been transformed into a scale figure! The illustration by popular animator Mai Yoneyama featuring Racing Miku in a TeamUKYO cycling jersey has been faithfully converted into a 1/7th scale figure.

She has a huge smile her face as she carries a spare bicycle tire and a bag filled with supplies for those who need some replenishment! The adorable Racing Miku is ready to support the team with a smile!

The figure is open for preorder now from Good Smile Company’s online shop, as well as various other partner shops. Preorders from GSC’s shop are available until August 3rd at 12:00 PM JST, with a price of 17,810 Yen ($163 USD), although this will vary among other shops. She’s expected to ship in March 2018.

At this year’s E3 conference, Ubisoft announced yet another entry to their popular dance game series Just Dance!! And surprise surprise, Hatsune Miku will be making another debut, this time with Oster Project’s popular song Love-colored Ward! However, in Just Dance 2018, it will be simply called “Love Ward”.

After last year’s song choice of PoPiPo for Just Dance 2017, this song choice is a great improvement. How many of you look forward to getting the game due to the song’s inclusion?

The game will be available October 24th, 2017 for the Switch, Wii U, Wii, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, and PS4. Check out the official track gameplay below!

The Dollfie Dream Hatsune Miku gets a new outfit added to her closet as VOLKS has announced the “Deep Sea Girl” outfit with a visual reveal. The outfit is based on the widely famous song “Deep Sea Girl” by the producer YuuyuP with over a million views on Nico Nico Douga.

Not much is known about the outfit at the moment, but we may expect an update sometime soon. As per usual, please note that the dress set does not include the doll.

Anime Expo has some surprising news for Miku fans attending the event this year! In celebration of Hatsune Miku’s 10th anniversary, 3 guest producers from past Miku Expo events will be performing at AX Dance on July 2nd from 7:00 PM!

The guests are BIGHEAD (Miku Expo 2014 theme song artist), HachiojiP (Miku Expo 2016 theme song artist), and Orkestrate (Miku Expo theme song runner-up)! The event has been sponsored by Just Dance (the game series, surprising, right?), and will be quite a memorable event with such a producer lineup gathered for the night. Entry is also free!

The world’s renowned virtual idol Hatsune Miku will soon reach her 10th anniversary this year, and fans around the globe are most excited for the grand anniversary. A particular group of Hatsune Miku fans in Korea by the name “Mikuwallets” recently spiced up Hatsune Miku 10th anniversary celebration plan to the next level by launching a project to put up advertisements at subway station in Korea. Check out the group’s past achievement on Miku’s Day last year!

The project first started off on a Korean crowdfunding platform named “Tumblbug” on May 16th with the goal set at 3,900 USD, and has now received funds exceeding the goal at a striking 38.2 million won (roughly 34,000 USD). Shortly after, the project extended the reach to Kickstarter on June 6th in hope of gaining support from international fans.

The core of the project consists of publishing video and images at 4 points at a passageway nearby exit gate 5 and 6 to the famous Korean landmark shopping mall “COEX”. The goal was set at 800 USD, with the current funds from backers at 1,100 USD. Contacts to Crypton Future Media and the Korean advertisement agency regarding the rewards and advertisements have already been established.

The Kickstarter campaign offers rewards for different tiers of support illustrated by the popular illustrators Lpip and BTRP (former project main illustrator), while you can also pledge without a reward by choice. Please note that the main illustration is not final, and will also contain additional background image. The rewards will begin shipping in September 2017 (shipping cost may vary).

The rewards for each tiers are as follows.

20 USD or more

  • A3 size poster
  • Illustration card (e-Amusement pass compatible)

50 USD or more

55 USD or more

90 USD or more

The project will be on Kickstarter until July 6th at 10:25 PM (+07:00), and will be implemented at Samseong station in Seoul, Korea on August 20th~September 20th.
