The Kickstarter campaign for Hatsune Miku Expo 2021 Online has finally come to a close, and reached an impressive 245% of the original project goal! The initial goal of 25 Million Yen was reached within the first 9 hours of the Kickstarter going live, and finished with a total of 61,265,492 Yen from 3,588 backers. This was enough to complete all stretch goals, and allows for the fully fledged AR concert experience this Summer. Here’s the details!

① MIKU EXPO Digital Stars 2021 Online
An online club event featuring artists that are active in various regions both inside and outside Japan.
② #MikuWorldGallery
An online gallery displaying fan art of Hatsune Miku and Piapro Characters posted from all over the world via the SNS hashtag project “#MikuWorldGallery”.
③ LET’S PAINT 3.0
An online project that allows you to color your own 3D model of Hatsune Miku on a white background with your personal smartphone or tablet.

Additionally, the official music video for the Miku Expo 2021 Online theme song “Highlight” has been released! The music was composed by KIRA, the illustrations were done by Ekkoberry, and the video was put together by Riguruma.

Lastly, a new main visual artwork for Miku Expo 2021 Online has been released, and is the second main visual drawn by ryota. This illustration will be featured in goods sent as rewards to the Kickstarter backers. The Digital Stars 2021 main visual art by Tsunako has also been published,
