At Goodsmile Racing’s 2018 year-end party, Goodsmile Racing made several announcements regarding their 2019 plans! First up is the reveal that the team will be participating in 2019’s SUPER GT racing season, as well as the SUZUKA 10 HOURS race! We’ll be cheering for GSR again next year!

The second big reveal was the new Racing Miku 2019 design, drawn by Annin Oiko, who’s also popularly known as the Idolmaster Cinderella Girls character designer! With Annin Oiko as the chosen illustrator, the design for 2019’s Racing Miku also adopted an “Idol” motif.

A prototype of the nendoroid was also shown off at the event. Check out the tweets below!

If you’re visiting Snow Miku 2019 in Sapporo this February, you might also be interested in attending the official DJ Live event, “Snow White Stage”! This is the first time DJ Live event tickets have been made available for overseas visitors. Applications will be open until December 11th, 2018 at 11:59 PM JST.

KARENT presents Snow White Stage will take place at Sound Lab Mole in central Sapporo on February 8th, 2019 at 6:00 PM. The ticket fee is 3824 Yen, plus an additional 500 Yen beverage fee upon entry into the venue.

In a surprise announcement today, Good Smile Company has unveiled the latest Hatsune Miku nendoroid in their figure series lineup, Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Symphony 2018~2019 version. The nendoroid was revealed today at the Miyazawa Model Exhibition 2018 (Autumn) in Ikebukuro Sunshine City, and is currently on display at the event.

The nendoroid is based on Hatsune Miku’s outfit design for the upcoming Hatsune Miku Symphony events planned for November 2018, and January 2019. This makes the second Hatsune Miku Nendoroid with an outfit designed by popular Hatsune Miku illustrator Rella.

Details of the Nendoroid’s release date and pricing info are still pending, according to event photos by Amiami. But with the prototype completed and revealed, we can likely expect some news soon!

Voting time is around the corner for next year’s Snow Miku! Good Smile Company has announced a live stream event to be held on May 10th @ 7:00 PM JST on Nicovideo, YouTube, and the official Hatsune Miku Twitter. Those who tune into the Nicovideo stream will also be able to cast their community vote for the winning Snow Miku 2019 design!

Before the voting begins, Good smile Company will first cover the topics of Racing Miku 2018, and Magical Mirai 2018. We’ve embedded the streams below, so you can tune in here when they start!
