The creativity in Hatsune Miku community surely comes in many forms from Pancake art creations to Hatsune Miku 10th anniversary advertisement project, but for the world’s largest GPS drawing artist “Yassan”, he went further and off the usual scale.

In late September this year, the world’s largest GPS drawing artist “Yassan” created a large-scale GPS drawing of Hatsune Miku across Japan. The gigantic drawing covered a total distance of 1160.99 km (721 miles) and took 54 days in total to near completion, with a few bits of her hair bands left.

On June 9th, 2010, Yassan (real name: Yasushi Takahashi) created the world’s largest GPS drawing spelling out “Marry Me” to propose to his girlfriend. The drawing covered over 7,163.67 km (4,451 miles) across Japan, and caught attention of many around the world. Fortunately, she said ‘yes’. In a few years later he was awarded the Guinness World Record for the largest GPS drawing by an individual.
