Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 is now open for preorder! Based on the design by iXima, she comes with three different faceplates (one of which is designed by Nokuhashi), a microphone staff, and a nendoroid-sized glow stick.

A Magical Mirai Memorial edition of Miku has arrived!

From the “Character Vocal Series 01: Hatsune Miku” comes a new Nendoroid of Hatsune Miku wearing the outfit used for the 2017 Magical Mirai key visual illustration! Illustrator iXima’s gorgeous-yet-adorable version of Miku has been brought to life.

She comes with three face plates, including her happy standard expression, an energetic smiling expression as well as a gleeful expression, a face plate based on an illustration by Magical Mirai 2017 PR Ambassador Nokuhashi. The plaid pattern on her clothes has been carefully recreated even in small Nendoroid form! Optional parts include her microphone staff as well as a lightstick. Be sure to add this special Magical Mirai edition of Miku to your collection!

She’s priced at 4,700 yen on Good Smile’s Online Shop (Good Smile’s Online Shop exclusive), and will be open for preorder until October 4th at 12:00 JST. Shipping will begin in February 2019.

NewDays x Hatsune Miku Summer Campaign Launched, “NEWDAYS” Featuring pinoko Released

Hatsune Miku and NewDays collaboration returns once again but this time with Snow Miku to support Hokkaido! The collaboration, in celebration of Hokkaido’s 150th anniversary, will be bringing a variety of Hokkaido’s specialties starting today at all NewDays, NewDays KIOSK, and KIOSK shops until August 6th. Also included are clear files upon purchases and stamp rally with various prizes.

Fans who make purchases over 700 yen from now until July 23rd will receive a limited edition clear file of Snow Miku in NewDays uniform by KEI, where a second clear file by Mame no Moto will substitute in from July 24th until the end of collaboration. This makes it the second year we’re seeing Miku in her NewDays and JR East uniforms.

A stamp rally with QR codes will also be carried out. The rewards start out small from various designs of clear files to a limited edition Shinkalion the Animation postcard (where Miku piloted a bullet train transforming robot, and yes you read that right), and eventually, a special video with the names of winners called out by Miku herself.

In celebration of the launch of the campaign today, a new music video titled “NEWDAYS” by Michita has been released featuring Hatsune Miku and a Japanese music artist “pinoko” rapping together about Hokkaido. Movie & illustration courtesy of the artist iXima himself.

The Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 official live and exhibition videos are now online! The event was held at Makuhari Messe on September 1st~3rd, and concluded with more than 30,000 visitors this year. Moments of the live concerts and exhibitions are now available on the official Hatsune Miku Youtube channel featuring “Sand Planet” by Hachi and “Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru♪” by ika.

Speaking of concerts, preorders for the Blu-ray & DVD are currently available, with release date announced for January 10th, 2018. Check out more details here! Also check out the official images, PR illustrations, setlist, and band members released today on the official site!

Following the grand finale of Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 tonight comes the announcement of Magical Mirai 2018! The event will take place at Intex Osaka and Makuhari Messe in August~September 2018, with more details due at later date. Great thanks to all the fans from Japan and overseas for making this such a great event this year!

Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 1/7 Scale Figure Preorders Now Open

The main visual of Hatsune Miku: Magical Mirai this year by iXima is now available as a scale figure now open for preorder! For those who live in Japan, preorders for the figure are now open on F:NEX until October 31st at 23:59 JST at 15,800 yen, and set to release in February 2018. Alternatively, for overseas customers, preorders are now open on AmiAmi at 17,064 yen with the same release date.

If you’re planning to drop by at Magical Mirai 2017 in between September 1st~3rd, preorders placed at F:NEX booth in the venue will come with a special mini Hachune Miku: Magical Mirai 2017 figure (image below). The mini figure will be attached to the main figure’s left shoulder as illustrated by Yukino Tamago.
