We’re now several weeks past the launch of Hatsune Miku’s V4X Vocaloid software release, so what’s next? A guide book on how to use that software, of course!

The first official commentary guide book on using Hatsune Miku V4X and the additional bundled software will be released November 18th. The guidebook is unfortunately being published only in Japanese for now, so this would make it a collector’s item for most western composers and fans. Hopefully we’ll see some sort of translation, official or fanmade, in the future.

The book is available for global preorder via Amazon Japan for 2592 Yen: https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4845628708/

This is a guidebook about how to fully understand the newest version of of the famous Vocaloid, Hatsune Miku.

Hatsune Miku V4X includes the vocal editor “Piapro Studio”, and the center of music creation, DAW software “PreSonus Studio One 3 Piapro Edition“.

This means you can start music creation immediately with everything included in the software package.

For those wondering “But what should I do now?”, we wrote this book explaining everything from software installation, how to make your Vocaloid sing (plus advanced techniques), to the music creation process.

Additionally, we have prepared wallpaper downloads for Piapro Studio! Please enjoy music creation with these extras!

If the recent tweets by Crypton Future Media’s staff are anything to go by, we can likely expect to hear about Hatsune Miku V4X’s software release very soon. CFM’s Wataru Sasaki says the main visual (artwork) for the software has pretty much been finalized, but may need some adjustment before release.

And for those wondering about another English voicebank, there is one planned for inclusion in the software, and this time it will be much more similar to the Japanese voicebank in terms of pitch and tone. This should hopefully satisfy many fans complaints and gripes with the original English software release from 2013.

Hatsune Miku’s V4X software was planned for a Summer 2016 release, so we can expect it any time now. Stay tuned for the big announcements coming soon!
