Sony Launches Limited Edition Hatsune Miku Walkman S Series 2019 Model

Sony Sapporo Store is soon to reach its 2nd anniversary, and they’re kicking off the celebration early with the announcement of the new Hatsune Miku Walkman S Series 2019 model! She’s the latest addition since her 10th anniversary model, featuring an exquisite engraving art by the artist apapico.

She’s priced at 17,880 yen and 21,880 yen for the 4GB and 16GB models, respectively, and come with her matching speaker, special packaging, and finally, a postcard-size illustration card of the rough art by apapico. Alternatively, Sony Sapporo Store is offering a limited edition model with added beach rose flowers to the engraving art as well as 2 more postcard-size illustration cards.

Sales to begin starting now until May 17th.

If you manage to find your way to Sony’s Store up in Sapporo, Japan, you’ll find the store’s video guide features none other than Hatsune Miku! This likely comes as part of the recent PlayStation 4 collab for the Sapporo store.

h.ear on MDR-100A Hatsune Miku Editions

Sony has announced the limited edition h.ear on MDR-100A Hatsune Miku edition headphones for exhibition at the associated Sony store and Magical Mirai this year on September 9th~11th. The headphones come in two editions: MIKU MODEL in bright blue-green and PRODUCER MODEL in Bordeaux pink. Each features an original box art by the artist iXima, the official illustrator behind Hatsune Miku V3 and Hatsune Miku V4X.

The MIKU MODEL is priced at 23,900 yen (before tax), and features special logos by the artist iXima on the sides. Similarly, the PRODUCER MODEL is priced at 23,900 yen (before tax), and features an option of three special producer logos on the sides, which includes: DECO＊27, PinocchioP, and Mitchie M.

Sales are scheduled for September 12th at 11:00 JST on Sony store JP.
