It’s that time of the year; the time for Snow Miku and her rabbit partner Yukine design submission is finally here! Show off your artistic talent and take on this chance to have your designs as the stars of the next Snow Miku festival. This year we’re onto the theme of “Musical Instrument”!

Entries are open starting now until April 19th, 2019at 5:00 PM JST, with the result announcement to follow by the end of August 2019. Please follow the rules below closely otherwise your entries will be invalid!

Any applicants registered to piapro.jp, and agree to the application method and rules of entry.

File Format

File format: JPG or PNG
Color mode: RGB
Resolution: 350 dpi or more
License terms: Please post without licensing

Additional Remarks

Please draw Snow Miku and rabbit Yukine together as there is no separate submission for the two.
You can post any number of works made by yourself.

Art Submission Notes

  • Please use the 3-side Nendoroid template as much as possible. Download the high resolution template here! (and for yukine!)
  • Because of difficulty in capturing detailed expressions, please note that there may be adjustments and omissions in the direction of final design.
  • Please be absolutely sure to lock the art submission tag – “２０２０年雪ミク衣装” (without quotes).
  • Please be absolutely sure to submit your design without any licenses.  During the submission process, please choose the “Upload without licenses” checkbox at the bottom.
  • Please note that submissions may be trimmed and used. Please understand.

Snow Miku x Hello Kitty Second Limited Release Goods Now On Sale in Hokkaido

Following the well-received feedback from last year’s collaboration, the Snow Miku x Hello Kitty second collaboration has been announced for Hokkaido under an all-new visual by the artist Saine. The collaboration features limited goods release now on sale at souvenir shops all over Hokkaido, including the one and only Snow Miku Sky Town. Limited release goods include exclusive clear files, notepads, can badges, hair rubbers, souvenir bags, and so much more to browse through!

If you’re visiting Hokkaido this year, don’t forget to drop by and look for these adorable souvenirs!

The time has finally came! Snow Miku 2019 and her rabbit partner Yukine design submissions are now open! We’re getting a brand new theme for this year, that is, “Princess” in the image of Hokkaido’s Snow. Now is your chance to take on this once-in-a-year opportunity to have your very own designs featured in the next Snow Miku festival! The collaboration opens a little early compare to last year’s. Is it perhaps getting earlier with each year?

Snow Miku 2017 & Yukine Finalists Revealed, Web Poll Announced

The Snow Miku live stream was carried out tonight with many fascinating news to reveal. The live stream opened with recaps, from Magical Mirai 2016 to Project DIVA series for PS4, then moving on to highlights of Nendoroid Co-de: Hatsune Miku “Sweet Pumpkin” and Snow Miku 2017 & Yukine design voting.

The colored prototype for Nendoroid Co-de: Hatsune Miku “Sweet Pumpkin” was revealed, with preorder and release date announced for May 24th and October, respectively. Below are images showing the prototype nendoroid as presented in the live stream.


The Snow Miku 2017 & Yukine finalists for this year came down to six designs each. Unlike the previous years, this year’s voting took place in live stream and web voting. The web poll will remain open until May 25th, with the final results to be announced at Magical Mirai 2016 on September 9th~11th
